Week 2 - 21 Days of Prayer

1. Schedule a specific time of silence every day.

2. Choose a location to separate you from outside influences.

3. Turn off your phone!

4. Sit quietly and rest!

5. Listen to the silence.

6. Breathe deeply and mindfully.

7. This is not prayer lists. One word meditative prayers/ heart cries are helpful.

8. As You get distracted, confess your distraction. Be patient with yourself as you establish this pattern.

9. Start where you are, not where you want to be.

10. End your time expressing gratitude.
